THE ROLE

Responsibilities and profile.

To strengthen our workshop, we are looking for a production operator specialising in adhesive finishing.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is good with their hands, meticulous and rigorous, who takes pride in a job well done and is comfortable in a role that is mainly standing and on the move around the workshop.

Your role

The workshop is at the heart of the job.

  • Carry out finishing work on our adhesive products: digital cutting, flatbed cutting, plotter cutting, weeding, lamination, application tape and mounting.
  • Guarantee the quality of finished products: checking materials, spotting defects and packing.
  • Read and interpret a production sheet.
  • Set up, operate and carry out routine maintenance on the machines.
  • Organise the workflow and make sure deadlines are met.
  • Help keep the workshop running smoothly: tidying, organising the workspace and managing vinyl stock.
  • Work with the different teams involved to keep production smooth and of high quality.

What really matters to us

  • Your hands. Dexterity, precision and care. Finishing is where quality is won or lost.
  • Your eye. Spotting a defect before it leaves the workshop.
  • Your rigour. Being organised, methodical and able to handle several tasks every day.
  • Your curiosity. Wanting to learn, understand the machines and grow in a production environment.
  • Your mindset. Pride in a job well done and team spirit are essential to us.

Profile

  • First experience in a signage, finishing, printing or reprographics workshop.
  • Comfortable with manual work that demands precision and attention to detail.
  • Experience using a computer-assisted digital cutting table.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe suite, especially Illustrator, is a plus.
  • Experience running large-format adhesive printers is also a plus.

Not yet familiar with all our machines? No problem: we can train you if you have the right basics, a willingness to learn and pride in a job well done.
